My wellness guide is divided into five sections starting with Section 1, where I provide my 10 Step foundational program.
In Section 2, I provide support material as an add-on to the 10 Steps, expanding on a few important topics such as carbs, supplementation, cleansing, acid/alkaline balance to list a few.
In Section 3, I share personal stories to inspire and encourage the reader to Identify their personal why for achieving their goals. In the Authenticity chapter I share tips on how to be true to oneself in any life circumstance. Being true to oneself under pressure is essential to staying the course with your why for the life you desire.
In Section 4, I list a short resource section sharing a few of my favourite things followed by recipes in Section 5.

I consider Mel a mentor to me. She walks through life with so much wisdom and grace. She teaches with a gentleness and advises when asked.
She has taught me so much through the years and I hope I am able to be more and more like her in terms of counseling and mentoring other women to live their best lives.
We all go through our seasons, the good the bad and the ugly. Staying humble and being gentle with yourself even when things aren't perfect is one of the things Mel has taught me. I'm all about women empowerment but this women is human kind empowerment, just a beautiful soul ❤
