She worked at Nature’s Fare health food store in Kamloops, BC for 6 years as an on staff Nutritionist, educator and product advisor.


Melanie has a private practise where she meets with clients to assist with their goals for better health and wellbeing. She designs a specific plan for each individual based on assessment outcome, working with the whole person with focus on body, mind and spirit.


Melanie has advanced certification in PSYCH-K® where she teaches and facilitates the practical application of how to quickly identify and transform self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind that 'limit' into beliefs that 'support' in any area of one’s life. This process helps bring a deeper sense of peace and satisfaction, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.  There are no limits when the mind can believe then one can achieve.

Melanie is a published author, outdoors and sports enthusiast and a CSIA, CADS level 2 ski instructor.  She specializes in teaching and guiding Visually impaired skiers and those with cognitive and physical challenges. She is a world traveller and loves to experience other cultures.

 

With her balanced approach to wellness and years of experience, she has much to offer regarding any health concern, challenge or goal.

Melanie has been in the health and wellness field for over 24 years.
She received her diploma as a Nutritionist from the Packard School of Nutrition in Ontario, furthering her studies and certifications with the Alive Academy of Natural Health and the  Edison Institute.


Melanie has been a member of many multi-disciplinary wellness clinics specializing in; pain management and recovery, hormone balancing, weight loss, digestive care, auto-immune disease and alternative cancer therapies.

As an educator, she has taught Nutrition at Sprott Shaw College and led workshops teaching and inspiring others towards healthy lifestyle changes.
